Conference Hotel - The 2013 ACM SIGMOD/PODS Conference will be held in the city of
New York, New York, USA at the
Millennium Broadway Hotel.
For the ACM SIGMOD/PODS 2013 attendees, we have reserved a block
of rooms at this with the special rate
of $269 + applicable state and local taxes.

The special SIGMOD rate is available only until May 31, 2013 or until the pre-allocated room block becomes full.
**Note: Our Millennium hotel room block is now full and no more rooms are available there at the conference rate.
However, we have negotiated an overflow room block at the Sheraton hotel, about 10 minutes' walk from the Millennium, at the same $269 rate.

The Sheraton will accept reservations until June 14th, or until the room block fills.
Student Accommodations - We will be offering accommodations at Columbia University (for students only) as a lower-priced alternative to the hotel.

Students may apply for the SIGMOD 2013 Student Travel Award
to receive financial support for travel expenses.
Discounted Airline Fares
American Airlines: - Discount fares are available for travel on American Airlines, American Eagle®, AmericanConnection®, oneworld Alliance, and codeshare partners from anywhere to New York City. Discounts are 5% off the lowest applicable fare, and are available for travel into any New York City airport from June 20-30. You can book flights at aa.com as follows. After you have selected your flight(s) under the "Enter Passenger Details" tab, go to the "AA.com Promotion Code" field and enter the code 4963DK.
For reservations and ticketing information by phone, call AmericanAirlines Meeting Services Desk, or have your travel professional call 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada, seven days a week, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight (Central Time), and reference the authorization number A4963DK. Reservations for the hearing and speech impaired are also available at 1-800-543-1586. There is a $25.00USD Reservations Service Charge for tickets issued through AA reservations, and a $35.00USD Airport Service Charge for tickets issued at the airport.
Delta Air Lines - Delta Air Lines and its code-share partners are pleased to offer airfares for SIGMOD/PODS 2013. Refer to the Ticket Designator code (see below) to purchase your tickets and the negotiated discount may be applied. Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code and enter your code in the box provided on the Search Flight page. Use the following Ticket Designators: NMF3L for domestic, NMF3K for international. Discounts of 5% on certain discount fares and 10% on certain full fares are available. Note: not all fare types qualify for a discount. Discounts are available for travel into any New York City airport from June 20-30 (domestic) or June 16-July 4 (international).
